Consubstantiation Empty Consubstantiation

For those who believe the doctrine of consubstantiation, I am guessing that you also believe in Sola Scriptura. So, I am curious - where exactly, from the bible, do you see the justification that Christ is present in, over, under and with the bread as the true presence of Chist in the Eucharist? I can clearly see from scripture where we get the Doctrine of Transubstantiation:
The stories of the last supper for example. Jesus says "This IS my body" and "This IS the cup of my blood", but I have yet to come across anything that says I am over under in and with this bread etc.
Just my curiosity rumbling this through my head. study
